Great room with luxurious bath amenities and a fantastic blow dryer. Convenient location near restaurants and shopping. USB ports next to the bed. Early check-in and helpful concierge for deliveries. Will definitely return.

The Christmas atmosphere at the hotel was amazing, with beautiful decorations and festive music playing throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, we had a nice stay. The location was ideal, being close to major attractions and with convenient access to public transportation. We also enjoyed the luxurious amenities and comfortable rooms.

The service fell short of our expectations, especially compared to other luxury hotels we have experienced. There were a few instances of small mistakes, such as finding a toilet paper inside the toilet cabinet upon check-in.

You can take a short walk to the markets past the Arc de Triomphe or explore the city using the convenient Paris metro. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and there are facilities like a lounge and DJ for entertainment.

The cleaning of the rooms could be improved, with some guests mentioning that their rooms were not cleaned for the entire day and amenities like coffee and cups were not always replenished.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exceptional amenities. the room was commodious with a beautiful view of the city. the Spa center offers a wide range of massages that left us feeling relaxed. the full body massage was exceptional, and the spa lounge was a great space to unwind. the bar area provided great service with a well-curated drinks menu.

Despite the hotel's exclusive facilities, we experienced slow service during breakfast. We had to wait for a while to get our orders taken, and the continental breakfast options were underwhelming.

The hotel staffs are really helpful, housekeeping is excellent, and the location is perfect. The door men are great with kids and they even found us a taxi during the taxi strike.

Everything was spot on.
